Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Industrial Training ServiceNow qualified. The day-to-day tasks of this role include communication with clients to understand their business processes, development of training programs and materials, instructional design, customer service, and facilitating training sessions for clients on ServiceNow.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Experience with training and development and knowledge of instructional design principles
- Strong customer service skills

In addition, experience in using ServiceNow and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform would be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field would also be an advantage.

Job Type: Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
