Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Elevate the Atmosphere: Set the tone and energy of the bar by curating an electrifying music selection that complements the upscale ambiance and keeps guests engaged and entertained.
- Craft Unique Sets: Create custom playlists tailored to the preferences of our sophisticated clientele, blending a mix of genres, hits, and remixes to maintain a high-energy atmosphere throughout the night.
- Masterful Mixing: Utilize your exceptional mixing skills to seamlessly transition between tracks, ensuring a smooth flow of music that keeps the dance floor packed and the energy levels high.
- Read the Crowd: Gauge the mood and energy of the crowd, adjusting the music selection and tempo accordingly to keep guests engaged and the dance floor buzzing.
- Interact with Guests: Engage with patrons, take song requests, and create memorable moments that enhance the overall guest experience while adhering to the bar's standards of professionalism and service.
- Coordinate with Management:



Collaborate closely with bar management and staff to coordinate music schedules, special events, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with the bar's brand and vision.
- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest music trends, chart-toppers, and remixes to keep the music selection fresh, relevant, and appealing to our discerning clientele.
- Maintain Equipment: Ensure all DJ equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and in valuable working condition, reporting any issues promptly to management for resolution.
- Adhere to Regulations: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to music copyright, performance rights, and alcohol service.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DJ in high-energy nightlife environments, preferably in upscale bars, clubs, or lounges catering to a discerning clientele.
