Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development and Instruction:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with national and state educational standards and the school’s curriculum.
- Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
- Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, projects, and classroom participation.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them understand their progress and areas for improvement.

Classroom Management:
Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom workplace.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote respect, responsibility, and cooperation.
- Student Support and Development:




- Provide individualized support and differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.

Parent and Community Engagement
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and classroom activities.

Qualification: BA/MA, B.Sc/M.Sc+ B.Ed. Must.
