are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Surat.

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Executive to manage the

end-to-end order processing cycle and ensure exceptional customer support throughout the

sales journey. This role involves managing customer orders, coordinating with internal

departments, resolving client queries, and maintaining a seamless flow of communication with

sales and client servicing—particularly within the luxury retail or jewelry sector.

Requirements:




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented & Process-oriented individual with robust organizational and

problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients’ post-order placement, ensuring regular

communication and strong relationship management.
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding order status, delivery timelines, and postsales support.
- Assist clients in navigating the product platform and resolving any usage or support

queries.

2. Order Management
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle - from order receipt to dispatch - ensuring accuracy

and timely processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Inventory, Logistics, and QC to

ensure seamless order execution.
