Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer inquiries and leads via calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Maintain lead and service trackers (Excel or CRM)
- Coordinate repairs, service issues, and order follow-ups
- Communicate proactively with customers about order status and resolutions
- Collect feedback and help improve customer satisfaction
- Prepare weekly customer service and lead reports
- Support brand engagement through Google reviews and social media feedback
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, reliable, and customer-oriented
- Comfortable using Excel / CRM tools
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or interiors (preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
