Role Overview
As a Freelance Psychologist / Counsellor, you will deliver high-quality psychological support, counselling, and well-being interventions across our programs. You will work with students, parents, and/or faculty in one-to-one or group formats—both on-site and online—ensuring ethical, evidence-based practices aligned with Ollato Eduversity’s philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions, psychological assessments, and group workshops as assigned (on-site and online).
- Provide emotional, academic, and career guidance to students and/or faculty, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with program managers and internal teams to design and deliver mental-health and well-being modules.
- Maintain accurate records of sessions and submit brief reports when required (without breaching confidentiality).
- Offer crisis intervention or referral support as appropriate.
- Participate in periodic training/orientation to stay aligned with Ollato Eduversity’s approach and frameworks.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Master’s degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in counselling adolescents/young adults/educators.
