Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create, curate, and schedule posts, reels, stories, and videos that connect with our audience and reflect our brand style.
- Monitor and track performance metrics, analyze insights, and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.
- Engage actively with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and reviews professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency and support larger campaign goals.




- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and creative ideas to keep Alacritys’ content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Digital Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields.:
- Strong interest or prior experience in managing social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- A creative and proactive mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team.
