Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders end-to-end, from order receipt through production coordination and final delivery
- Act as the central coordination point between Sales, Merchandising, and external partners/vendors
- Ensure all technical specifications, materials, and production requirements are accurately communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Track long lead-time orders and provide regular status updates to the Sales team and Head of Department
- Identify production risks, delays, and order discrepancies; escalate issues promptly with clear recommendations
- Support sales planning by providing accurate production timelines, capacity insights, and order feasibility inputs
- Maintain structured order documentation, schedules, and production records
- Ensure customer expectations are aligned with realistic production and delivery timelines
- Continuously monitor order progress to ensure adherence to quality, timeline, and compliance requirements





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Merchandising, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in order management, production coordination, supply chain, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of production workflows and lead-time management
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong documentation and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/order management systems

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with external manufacturers or vendors
- Knowledge of merchandising or apparel/consumer goods production (if applicable)
- Strong problem-solving and risk-identification capabilities
