To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor within the Mechanical Maintenance team This position will be located in Gokak.

Your Mission: As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations during your assigned shift and adhering to the guidelines with respect to SOP and budget.

Position Purpose: To manage maintenance of equipment’s and ensure smooth flow of production process.

Key Accountabilities:
- Inside the cell team, manage and consolidate the cell maintenance costs in line with monthly/yearly budget- Preparing action plan along with Manager.-
- Solve issues on maintenance activities,



esacalade on experts if needed.- Manage the team on a daily basis (morning meeting, WO assignment, Short interval control, safety tools) leads key management routines.-
- Coordinate daily break in (P0, P1, P2) and with the planner scheduled jobs (P3, P4) and coordinate P5 with technical services.- Optimize with the planner scheduling maintenance due to production priorities and resources (internal and contractors).- Ensure of quality of work done, closing, reporting, update KPI and dashboard.

Specificities:
Single point of contact during assigned shift for ensuring all maintenance activities are in place.

Academics: Mechanical Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience in similar industries.
