Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day school operations and administration
- Lead curriculum planning, teacher development, and student performance tracking
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning setting
- Collaborate with management on school growth, admissions, and outreach
- Ensure compliance with educational policies and accreditation standards
- Build and mentor a motivated academic and non-academic team
- Manage parent communication and resolve concerns professionally

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Education or related field (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in teaching and school leadership
- Strong leadership, communication,



and organizational skills
- Experience in handling CBSE/ICSE/International curriculum is an advantage
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of school ERP systems and digital learning tools

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Patancheru, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
