Job Title: Scrum Master (Contractual role)

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be currently idle and available for immediate joining.
- Contract availability for 1-2 months (extendable).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive project execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate between teams and stakeholders to remove blockers.
- Monitor project progress and report updates effectively.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices.
