We’re Hiring | International Voice Process - Night Shift

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 19 - Udyog Vihar

Open Positions:
- We have vacancies for 2 profiles:
Sales Profile
- Make outbound calls to potential US clients
- Pitch logistics & freight services confidently
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate follow-ups and CRM records

Operations Profile
- Coordinate with clients & internal teams for smooth shipments
- Handle documentation and update records




- Ensure timely communication with US counterparts
- Support sales team with operational requirements

Requirements (For Both Profiles)

✔ Fluent in English (spoken & written)

✔Confident, patient, and professional on calls

✔ Prior experience in international calling / sales / operations is a plus
