Key Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Processing
- Timely and accurate processing of client transactions (account opening, fund transfers, redemptions, switches, SIP registrations, etc.).
- Maintain error-free entries and transaction records.
- Ensure daily processing within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).

2. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date client KYC, and regulatory documents.
- Ensure all documentation is properly stored and retrievable as per audit requirements.

3. Reporting & MIS




- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and portfolio reports on time.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client service requests, and pending tasks.

4. Client Service Support
- To resolve client servicing issues.
- Handle client operational queries (account statements, payouts, document requests, etc.).
- Ensure prompt follow-up and closure of service requests.
- Graduate (any stream) with strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- 3-4 years’ experience in the NSE and BSE Mutual Fund platform.
- Valuable communication, Excel, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
