Job Summary

The Store In-Charge is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring accurate stock control, and smooth coordination with procurement, accounts, and other departments. The role requires strong knowledge of ERP software for inventory and store management, along with leadership skills to supervise staff and maintain compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Stock Management:
- Monitor stock levels using ERP systems to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods through ERP entries.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in ERP vs. physical stock.
- Store Operations:
- Ensure proper documentation of inward/outward goods using ERP modules.
- Maintain systematic stacking, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
- Implement digital stock tracking to reduce errors and wastage.
- Team & Supervision:
- Lead and supervise store staff in ERP data entry and stock handling.
- Provide training on ERP usage and store operational guidelines.
- Documentation & Reporting:




- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly store reports directly from ERP.
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and material requisitions digitally.
- Coordinate with accounts and purchase departments through ERP workflows.
- Coordination:
- Liaise with suppliers, purchase, and production teams for smooth operations.
- Track pending purchase orders and delivery status in ERP.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and audit requirements.
- Safeguard materials against theft, damage, or unauthorized access.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in store/warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or similar).:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management tools.
- Solid organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
