Summary: The Clinic Counsellor is responsible for the overall operational and

administrative management of a medical clinic. This role involves coordinating daily

activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and managing the clinic

staff.

Key Responsibilities:
IVF Experience is highly preferable.

1. Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure

smooth workflow and productive patient care.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

2. Staff Supervision:
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including nurses, administrative

staff, and support personnel.
- Conduct performance reviews and address any performance issues.

3. Patient Care:
- Ensure the provision of high-quality patient care and excellent customer

service.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.

4. Scheduling and Resource Allocation:
- Manage clinic schedules, including appointments, staff rotations, and

resource allocation.




- Optimize staff and resource utilization to meet patient demand.

5. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the clinic budget, including revenue goals and

expense control.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.

6. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and

licensing requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations.

7. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and improvement initiatives

within the clinic.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of clinical protocols and practices.

8. Patient Records and Documentation:
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and confidential patient records.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and patient privacy laws.

9. Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effect
