We are looking for a CRM Executive to handle customer follow ups for pending payments, service bills and insurance renewals.
The role involves outbound calling, updating customer records in CRM, coordinating with sales/service/accounts teams and ensuring timely collections while maintaining valuable customer relationships
Basic computer skills and good communication is required.
Experience in an automobile dealership or call centre is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
