Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, MS Office, or any accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Robust analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical experience in Accounts & Finance (1-3 years).
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or service industry accounting.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.).
