Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC/VMC programs using G-code and CAM software.
- Set up VMC machines, including tooling, fixtures, and work offsets.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
- Conduct trial runs and make program adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot issues related to tooling, programming, or machine performance.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
- Maintain documentation for programs, setups, and process improvements.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with production, quality,



and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a VMC / CNC Programmer.
- Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code.
- Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and machining processes.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, CMM basics).
- Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per day
