As the Digital Performance Marketer, you will play a critical role in driving Every day's customer acquisition through expertly managed digital advertising. Reporting directly to the Manager of Marketing, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). A key part of this role involves ensuring seamless integration and accurate tracking of paid media into our marketing automation/CRM platform to measure ROI and optimize performance based on lead quality and conversion metrics.





Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads & Amazon Ads
- Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies
- Collaborate with content and design teams for high-performing creatives
- Prepare performance reports and insights for clients
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Understanding of funnels, audiences, and conversion tracking
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Agency experience is a plus
