- Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues Role and Responsibilities Conduct Transaction quality audits
- Provide Transaction Quality Metrics
- Provide Feedback and suggestions for Process improvement
- Publish Dashboards at defined intervals
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for Process Deviations
- Drive Quality Initiatives
