Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Handle and manage all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish daily posts, stories, and reels
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience

Content Creation & Reel Shooting
- Shoot reels and short videos using a mobile phone only:
- Edit reels using mobile or basic editing apps (InShot, CapCut, VN, etc.)
- Create engaging content such as behind-the-scenes, trending reels, promotional videos, and informational posts
- Coordinate with internal teams for content ideas and shoots

Strategy & Growth
- Research current trends, reels formats, hashtags, and competitor content
- Suggest creative ideas to improve reach, engagement, and followers
- Ensure timely posting and consistency across platforms

Requirements & Skills
- Strong interest in social media, reels,



and digital content
- Comfortable with mobile phone shooting and basic video editing:
- Creative mindset with good storytelling skills
- Awareness of social media trends and platform behavior
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with Instagram reels and short-form video content
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools
- Willingness to learn and experiment with recent content ideas
