JOB TITLE: Trainer

LOCATION: Indore

Job Summary

You will be responsible for onboarding, certification, continuous training, and capability development of operational teams to ensure high productivity, accuracy, and process compliance. You will design and deliver SOP aligned training programs, develop learning materials, conduct assessments, and measure training effectiveness through operational metrics. You will work closely with Operations and Quality teams to identify skill gaps, support recent process launches, drive change management adoption, and maintain training documentation and audit readiness.

ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for onboarding, certification, refresher training, and continuous capability development aligned to SOPs and quality standards.

REPORTING

Reports to Operations head/ Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design onboarding and refresher training modules
- Create SOP aligned training material, assessments, certifications
- Deliver classroom,



virtual and on the job training, while ensuring high throughput
- Measure training effectiveness through ramp productivity and quality metrics
- Maintain training documentation and version control
- Partner with QA and Operations to address skill gaps
- Support change management and new process rollouts
- Ensure training compliance and audit readiness

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate
- More than 1 year training experience in BPO or operations
- Strong facilitation and content creation skills
- LMS exposure preferred

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
