Key Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain carrier compliance documents (MC, DOT, insurance, W9, etc.)
- Monitor carrier safety ratings and FMCSA records
- Verify shipment and billing documents (BOLs, PODs, invoices)
- Maintain compliance files and digital records
- Support audits, claims, and customer compliance requests
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and sales teams
- Report compliance risks and help resolve issues
- Stay updated on U.S. trucking and logistics regulations
Who Can Apply:
- Freshers willing to learn U.S. logistics & compliance
- Experienced professionals in US 3PL, freight brokerage, or trucking compliance
- Graduates in commerce, logistics or business preferred
- Good communication and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail.
