Scope & Influence:
- Day to Day sales at the Store.
- Responsible for maintaining the shop and its upkeep.
- Covers responsibility for all Volvo branded merchandise.
- Relation with other Volvo authorised Merchandise suppliers
- Market, sell & procure merchandise for sale at the store.
- Promotion activities in consultation with Head - Corporate Communication External

Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the store
- Sales at the store and direct from the vendor to a business
- Daily inventory management




- Financial tally of sales with manager
- Ordering of stocks with store manager & Volvo vendors
- Customized items to discuss with store Manager before taking decisions
- Mailer on new merchandise to employees along with store manager
- Create impressive offers for employees & businesses along with store managers to procure from the store
- Identify need merchandise that can be added to the store
- Work with the manager on the strategy of improving & creating excitement in the store
- Opening and closing of merchandise stores.
- Rejected merchandise handling
- Return of faulty merchandise handling
- Credit card machine handling and tally
- Accountability on all safety aspects of the store
- Following all tax requirements as mentioned in the tax books
- Legal advice to be taken from Volvo Group India legal team
- Maintain a good working relationship with employees.
- Keep the store neat and tid
