Job Summary: We’re looking for a Pet Sourcing Executive who will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing reliable breeders and pet partners across India. Your mission? Ensure a steady supply of healthy, ethically sourced pets while maintaining strong relationships with our sourcing network and supporting smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, verify, and onboard breeders, shelters, and pet partners across different cities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sourcing partners.
- Negotiate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines with breeders and suppliers.
- Ensure all pets sourced meet Mr n Mrs Pet’s quality, health,



and ethical standards.
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to fulfill customer orders smoothly.
- Track pet availability, pricing, and sourcing data using internal tools or CRM systems.
- Resolve sourcing-related issues such as delays, availability gaps, or quality concerns.
- Stay updated on market trends, pet demand, and sourcing opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 0-2 years in sourcing, vendor management, operations, or a related field. (Freshers with solid coordination skills and a love for pets are welcome)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or any relevant field.
- Strong Communicator: Confident in dealing with breeders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to get the best quality and pricing without compromising ethics.
- Detail-Oriented: Good at tracking multiple orders, partners, and timelines.
