Greeting and engaging customers warmly to make them feel welcome in the store or at the counter.
- Providing personalized consultations — Understanding customer preferences (e.g., occasion, season, personality, gender, budget), listening to their needs, and recommending suitable fragrances.
- Educating customers about products — Explaining fragrance notes (top, middle, base), families (floral, woody, oriental, etc.), longevity, sillage (projection), ingredients, and brand stories/inspirations.
- Maintaining the sales area — Keeping displays visually appealing, organizing stock, restocking shelves, ensuring testers are clean and available, and managing inventory levels.
