Job Title: Customer Care & Sales Support Staff

Location: [Oshiwara, Andheri West, opp Oshiwara Bus depot)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a female staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Care:
- Provide assistance with product & sales, including troubleshooting and processing returns or exchanges.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with order processing and follow-up.
- Manage customer accounts and update order statuses.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Website Management:
- Update and maintain the company's website with the latest product information and promotions.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly and functioning properly.
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements.
- Vendor Management:
- Liaise with vendors to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or shipments.




- Maintain positive relationships with all vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using typing, basic Excel & MS office is must
- Shopify knowledge will be a huge plus.
- Basic understanding of website management and content updates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- keen eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with online retail and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
