Position Overview

The Sales Planner & Logistics skilled plays a critical role in ensuring seamless demand planning, inventory control, and product movement from manufacturing to dealerships and customers. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of EV two-wheelers and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to analyse market trends, sales data, and KPIs to develop accurate demand forecasts for EV models and accessories.
- Align sales planning activities with company business objectives, growth targets, and market share goals in the EV segment.
- Coordinate with dealers and distributors to monitor order pipelines, allocate stock, assign sales targets, and support after-sales operations.




- Track sales performance metrics and prepare analytical reports and insights for senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Ideate and implement the business logistics vertical for the product - dealer ecosystem
- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, ensuring accurate order processing, timely dispatch, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of finished goods, spare parts, and accessories across warehouses and dealer locations to prevent stock-outs or over-stocking.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize supply planning.
- Plan and optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules to improve logistics efficiency and cost control while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage and evaluate logistics vendors and 3PL partners, including contract negotiations and service performance monitoring
