Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule content including static posts, carousels, reels, and stories
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and short copies aligned with brand tone and objectives
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for post and reel execution
- Manage daily posting, story uploads, and content calendar implementation
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement; ensure timely responses
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and views
- Prepare basic performance reports and insights
- Stay updated with social media trends, reel formats, and platform algorithm changes
- Support campaign launches, festive content, and topical creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- 2+ years of hands-on social media experience in a service-based company or agency (mandatory):
- Solid understanding of social media trends, reels, and visual storytelling
- Working knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools
- Good written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of analytics, insights, and reporting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
