Job Purpose

To ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of laundry and dry-cleaning machinery by carrying out electrical, mechanical, and steam-system maintenance, including preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and utilities monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance
- Maintain and troubleshoot:
- Motors, starters, contactors, relays
- Control panels & electrical wiring
- VFDs and basic PLC interfaces
- Sensors, limit switches, temperature controllers
- Ensure proper earthing, insulation, and safety interlocks.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults without affecting production.

Mechanical Maintenance
- Maintenance of:
- Bearings, belts, pulleys, shafts, couplings
- Gearboxes, chains, seals, valves
- Press mechanisms, cylinders, frames
- Perform alignment, lubrication, tightening, and wear inspection.




- Handle installation and commissioning of new machines.

Steam & Utility Systems
- Operate and maintain:
- Steam boilers (coordination & basic checks)
- Steam pipelines, PRVs, safety valves
- Steam traps (F&T; / IB / TD)
- Press steam circuits & condensate lines
- Identify steam leaks, water hammer, pressure drop, and moisture issues.
- Support safe startup and shutdown of steam systems.

Laundry & Dry-Cleaning Equipment
- Washer-extractors
- Tumble dryers
- Flatwork ironers
- Utility & garment presses
- Dry-cleaning machines (hydrocarbon / perc)

Minimium - 5 years experience required.

Pay: ₹11,438.17 - ₹30,000.00 per month
