We’re scaling rapidly, and we need a retail rockstar to ensure our gear reaches every player in the country.

The Role: Retail & E-com Special Ops

As our Retail & E-commerce Executive, you are the bridge between our products and our community. You’ll be the hands-on hero managing the flow of goods—from the warehouse to our D2C website, and right into the player's kit bag. Reporting to the Head of Retail & Brand Management, you’ll dive deep into the details, chase down logistics, and make sure our offline and online presence is nothing short of world-class.

Here’s your game plan (What You Will Do):
- Retail & Sales Wingman:



Be the primary point of contact for our retail partners and distributors. You’ll handle order processing, invoicing, and those all-key follow-ups to ensure our shelves (and theirs) are never empty.
- Inventory Master: You’ll have your eyes on every racket, ball, and jersey. From tracking stock levels across warehouses and centers to managing inward/outward movement, you’ll ensure our replenishment is always ahead of the curve.
- E-commerce Pilot: Support the daily hustle of our D2C website and marketplaces. You’ll keep listings fresh, pricing accurate, and stock levels synced so our online fans have a seamless shopping experience.
- Logistics & Vendor Maestro: Coordinate with the "behind-the-scenes" teams—printers, logistics partners, and warehouse crews. You’re the one who makes sure deliveries happen on time and issues get resolved before they become problems.
