Key Responsibilities
- Act as a buddy/mentor for students planning to study abroad
- Coordinate with senior counsellors, visa team, and parents for smooth student transition
- Prepare and manage support documents, checklists, and resource materials:
- Schedule student appointments with counsellors
- Organise group interaction sessions for students going to the same country or university
- Support the assigned counsellor in daily counselling and coordination tasks
- Ensure students are guided through pre-departure processes and cultural readiness

Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate or final-year student (any stream)
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred)
- Interest in abroad education / student counselling:
- Organised, empathetic,



and student-friendly approach
- Freshers welcome (training will be provided)
