We require an Executive who is highly proficient in AI tools and can use technology to improve speed, accuracy, discipline, and decision-making across the organization. This role is for someone who can think, act, and execute independently with mínimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Use AI tools to support management in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using AI-driven insights

Automate routine work such as: Reports, Follow-ups, Tracking tasks, attendance, productivity, and compliance

Assist management in process improvement, cost control, and efficiency enhancement

Analyze sales, operations, manpower, and performance data to highlight gaps and improvements

Support Directors, Sales, and Operations teams with AI-backed coordination and execution

Monitor discipline, timelines, and accountability through dashboards and trackers

Assist in planning, forecasting, and execution tracking





Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Excel AI, dashboards, automation tools, reporting tools)

Ability to convert raw data into transparent insights

High level of accuracy, ownership, and execution discipline

Strong coordination skills with internal teams and senior management

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines

Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Background:
Graduate / Postgraduate (Management, IT, Commerce, or relevant field)

Experience in retail, operations, admin or business support preferred

Prior experience supporting owners / directors is an advantage
