Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Apprentice to support the Record-to-Report (R2R) team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation support, and ERP systems within a global finance environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the team with month-end close activities.
Fixed asset accounting support and asset creation.
Accrual and prepayment schedule preparation.
Inventory and purchase order accrual reconciliations.
Bank Reconciliations.
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Preparation of supporting schedules and reports.
Support the preparation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting packs.
Assist in gathering and validating data for monthly variance analysis.




Assist in reconciling tax-related balances between local accounting records and global reporting requirements.
Help maintain accounting records, trackers, and supporting documentation accurately and on time.
Support the creation, update, and maintenance of process documentation and desktop procedures.
Follow established finance policies, procedures, controls, and standard operating guidelines.
Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives.
Provide documentation and data support during internal and external audit activities.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Good attention to detail, strong analytical skills.

Awareness & Knowledge on Financial Accounting.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
