The Team Leader CTC combines hands-on expertise in Customer-to-Cash (CTC) operations with team leadership responsibilities. This role oversees cash applications, credit, and collections activities, ensuring efficient service delivery, timely cash collection, and achievement of DSO targets while leading and developing a small team. The role also focuses on process improvement, risk management, compliance,



and collaboration with stakeholders to support overall business performance.
How you will contribute
Lead and manage a small Credit-to-Cash (CTC) team while maintaining responsibility for an assigned operational portfolio.
Oversee cash applications, credit, and collections activities to ensure timely cash collection and achievement of DSO and overdue targets.
Manage customer credit limits, credit blocks, and risk exposure in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Resolve operational issues, address team challenges, and proactively escalate business or performance risks when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and providing timely responses to audit requests.
