A Day in the Life
The Global Pricing and Contracting IT team at Medtronic partners with commercial groups to develop AI and analytics-driven systems that improve pricing and contracting strategies. These tools generate insights to help maximize revenue, expand market share, and support global go-to-market efforts. The IT Tester role supports the design, testing,



and optimization of technology solutions aligned with business requirements and architecture standards. Responsibilities include developing system specifications, executing and supporting testing activities, evaluating system performance and compatibility, and ensuring compliance with security and operational standards. The role also involves identifying and resolving system issues, supporting integrations, documenting technical specifications, and collaborating with cross functional teams and vendors to improve system reliability, performance, and user experience.
