Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Support the selection and development of bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, droppers, caps, cartons, labels, and pouches for current products.
Coordinate packaging samples, prototypes, specifications, testing, and timelines with vendors.
Assist with packaging validation, including drop, leakage, compression, closure/torque, pump/spray, label adhesion, carton strength, compatibility, and barcode tests.
Record test results, observations, photographs, and corrective actions.
Support the investigation and resolution of packaging issues such as leakage, breakage, label lifting, and component failures.
Identify and coordinate with packaging vendors; collect quotations, MOQs, lead times, mould charges, and production details, and prepare comparison sheets.
Assist with packaging costing, purchase order documentation, and delivery follow-ups.
Coordinate artwork, dielines, proofs,



and master samples while checking basic product, barcode, MRP, and print details.
Maintain packaging specifications, sample records, vendor databases, quotation comparisons, test reports, artwork approvals, NPD trackers, and purchase order/delivery records.
Coordinate with NPD, Marketing, Design, Quality, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams, and highlight delays or potential risks.
