ROLE: CONFLUENT KAFKA DEVELOPER
We are looking for an experienced Confluent Kafka Developer with strong expertise in real-time data processing, Kafka ecosystem components, connectors, and Apache Flink.
MANDATORY SKILLS
• 5+ years of experience with Confluent Kafka in critical/24×7 applications
• Strong expertise in designing real-time data processing solutions using Kafka
• Hands-on experience with Kafka Brokers, ZooKeeper, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry & Flink
• Expertise in configuring Confluent Source & Sink Connectors




• Strong experience in writing Apache Flink code for real-time use cases
• Experience handling complex/non-structured data including Nested JSON & Avro
• Valuable experience with AWS Cloud, especially S3, Lambda & RDS
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, problem management & RCA skills
• Ability to document Kafka best practices, standards and provide technical guidance to teams
GOOD TO HAVE
• Confluent Kafka Certification
• Experience working with large-scale, highly available Kafka environments
• Strong understanding of streaming and event-driven architectures
