As a Chief Accountant, you’re not just ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial data – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
Ledger Management: Adjust general ledger accounts and maintain supporting documentation.
Compliance Review: Investigate cashier discrepancies and verify travel agent commissions for compliance.
Budget Support: Assist the Director of Finance and the Assistant DOF in budget and forecast preparation.
F&B; Control Oversight: Review food and beverage control adjustments and certifications.
Interdepartmental Coordination:



Collaborate with other departments and government agencies on accounting matters.
Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controls.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
University degree in Accounting or Finance; professional accounting qualification preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a General Ledger Supervisor or in a similar managerial accounting role within hospitality
