Our Platform Quality Engineering team partners closely with Platform Engineering, SRE, and Product Engineering to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and resilience under real-world workloads.




As a Platform Manager QE, you will focus on validating how the platform behaves at scale, ensuring multi-tenant SaaS stability, upgrade safety, and non-functional excellence as the platform evolves.
What will you be responsible for?
Own end-to-end platform quality outcomes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and stability across SaaS and customer-hosted deployments
Define and execute a platform quality strategy aligned to SaaS scale, multi-tenancy, and infrastructure evolution
Drive non-functional quality leadership, including:
• Performance (P95/P99 latency, throughput)
• Scalability (load, stress, capacity limits)
• Reliability (failover, recovery, resilience)
• Chaos testing (node, network, dependency failures)
Validate platform behavior across:
• Kubernetes-based deployments
• Service mesh (Istio) and API gateway
• Core platform services (auth, async jobs, notifications, logging)
