As the Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing a team of CREs. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the team provides an exceptional customer experience, handles inquiries and complaints effectively, and maintains high satisfaction levels. You will be a key driver of our customer service strategy, implementing best practices and ensuring our team's continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of CREs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service.
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the CRE team, including call handling, email responses, and chat support.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
Implement and maintain efficient customer service processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, including sales, marketing,



and operations.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, set goals, and address any issues or challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in a call center environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing customer service teams.
