About the company

At Aodh Lifesciences, we are building a next-generation deep science drug development company focused on redefining respiratory drug delivery through a regulatory-driven approach. Our work integrates translational biology, microbiology, advanced formulation and device engineering, PBPK modelling, IVIVC modelling, and regulatory-grade data generation to develop targeted therapies designed to improve local efficacy while minimizing systemic exposure and addressing antimicrobial resistance.

We are looking for driven individuals who are curious, think deeply about the science, and are excited to take ownership in a zero-to-one setting, building not just products but a globally relevant, regulatory-grade R&D; ecosystem from the ground up.

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 year

Roles and Responsibilities

Review regulatory, BD, and Grants documents for accuracy, language, and formatting errors
Flag deviations from required compliance or technical format for review by the concerned function




Maintain version control and track approval status across all documents
Maintain traceability between source information and the documents in which it is subsequently used
Maintain a centralized repository of trackers, templates, and reference documents
Act as a coordination point for Business Development documentation, including proposals, presentations, and vendor communications
Act as a coordination point for Grants-related documentation, including applications and reports
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely submission of documents
Support consistency of scientific and regulatory information across submissions, reports, and BD materials
Coordinate with vendors and external parties for BD-related documentation and follow-ups
Learn and follow the company's documentation and coordination processes under guidance from the regulatory and BD teams
