Roles and responsibilities
Solid hands-on expertise in Lectora, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Acrobat Writer




Experience in course authoring enhancements and implementing customizations using JavaScript
Solid understanding of SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, LMS integration, interaction handling, and debugging
Demonstrates solid analytical decision-making by evaluating requirements and making timely, informed decisions
Possesses a proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to address complex challenges effectively
Skilled in mentoring team members and contributing to team development and collaboration
Lead the Agile development activities, including planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Equivalent professional experience in eLearning development will also be considered.
