Role Description The Cyber Security Growth Manager – Commission Based is a part-time, remote role focused on driving business development and revenue growth for Ducara’s cybersecurity services and upcoming products. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential clients, nurturing leads,



and managing end-to-end sales cycles for cybersecurity training, consulting, and solution offerings. The role involves collaborating with technical teams to understand service capabilities, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating commission-based deals aligned with company objectives. The Growth Manager will also support market research, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and maintain robust relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Performance will be closely tied to measurable growth targets and commission outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security, with the ability to explain concepts and value propositions to non-technical stakeholders.
