We’re looking for a talented Mid-Level Software Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience who is passionate about building scalable, high-performing applications. You’ll work on multi-tenant analytics services processing millions of CX data points daily and collaborate with a talented team to build technology that makes a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and ship backend and frontend features used by enterprise customers.
Take ownership of features and services from technical design through to production release.
Contribute to architectural discussions and engineering standards.
Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and high-quality code.




Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall engineering quality.
Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver stable and maintainable solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with other engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
Take responsibility for delivering assigned features and contribute to continuous product improvement.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of professional software development experience.
Robust hands-on expertise in .NET (C#) and solid backend development experience.
Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (Vue.js preferred; React or Angular are also acceptable).
Practical experience working with at least one cloud platform (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP are also acceptable).
Experience working with cloud services and environments. We primarily run on Azure, including App Services, SQL, and messaging services.
