Role
Lead store operations, sales, profitability, customer experience, and team performance while ensuring brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales, profitability, and achievement of store targets.
Monitor key KPIs: conversion, ATV, UPT, footfall, productivity, and shrinkage.
Deliver a premium customer experience and manage escalations.
Lead, coach, schedule, and develop the store team.
Ensure SOP, visual merchandising, inventory, and compliance standards are met.
Manage stock availability, audits, costs, and store reporting.
Work with Area/Regional leadership to improve store performance.

Candidate Profile
4-10 years of retail store operations experience, including Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager experience.
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
Solid knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory, customer service, and store operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Luxury, premium, fashion, or lifestyle retail experience preferred.
