Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Industry: Interior Design & Execution — Commercial Office Spaces
Experience: 1+ years in a Real Estate preferred
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calls, site visits, referrals, and online
platforms
Identify and connect with potential clients (corporates, startups, builders, consultants, etc.)
Present and pitch our interior design and execution services to prospective clients
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and proposal discussions




Coordinate with Sales and Design teams to align solutions with client needs
Follow up consistently and maintain relationships throughout the sales funnel — from lead
generation to project closure
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely closure of deals
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress reports

Requirements
1+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the
commercial interiors or real estate sector preffered
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and local language
Presentable and qualified appearance — this is a client-facing role
Minimum educational qualification: Undergraduate degree (UG)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player
