Role Description The Senior Merchandiser at Pepage is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhyamgram. This role involves managing the end-to-end merchandising process, including planning product assortments, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring timely availability of school uniforms and accessories. The Senior Merchandiser monitors sales trends, analyzes inventory levels,



and recommends pricing or promotional strategies to optimize product performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining close communication with school clients, overseeing order accuracy, supervising visual and online presentation of products, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support business growth. The role also requires maintaining quality standards, resolving customer issues related to merchandise, and preparing regular reports for management.
Qualifications
