Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with business goals.
Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.
Build alignment and engagement among internal and external stakeholders for key initiatives.
Project Management
Lead projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Track project performance using KPIs, ROI, and other business metrics.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.
Digital Transformation
Drive digital initiatives to improve engagement with healthcare professionals, patients, and field teams.
Implement technology-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Monitor emerging digital trends and integrate relevant best practices into the organization.
Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and overall cost effectiveness.
Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders through strategic programs.
Performance Tracking
Measure project impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making by leadership.
