Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Java expert who thrives in solving real-world production challenges, digging deep into code, and ensuring high-performance, resilient systems.

? What You’ll Do
Own and resolve complex production issues with a solid focus on code-level debugging and fixes
Analyze system behavior, identify root causes, and drive end-to-end resolution (RCA)
Work closely with distributed systems and microservices to ensure reliability and scalability
Continuously improve system performance, stability, and observability

Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot
Solid experience building and supporting microservices-based architectures
Hands-on with API technologies (REST/SOAP, XML/JSON)
Proven ability in deep debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Working knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or MQ
Experience with application servers (JBoss, Tomcat) and deployment pipelines
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools is good to have (Splunk, Dynatrace)
Strong understanding of databases and system integration patterns
